1. Do I get to approve the design?

Yes! We work with you during the design process and before we produce any sign or mailbox, we send across the render for your approval. If you've made a purchase without a design consultation, you'll still receive an email requesting approval before we fabricate your order.

2. What are the measurements of my sign?

Each order is different, but our design team will provide you with a detailed render before we produce your sign. If you need a specific measurement, just contact us and we'll be able to help.

3. How can I place a custom order?

Please complete our Custom Order Request form at the top of our website with as much information as possible. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with a quote or request for more information.

4. How do I install my sign?

Each product has different installation requirements, depending on the size and weight. When you purchase a sign, we'll send you information relevant to your product, and provide expert advice on the best method to install. All LED signs must be installed by a licensed electrician.

5. What is your lead time?

Our current lead time is 3-4 weeks. Need your sign earlier? Contact us to discuss your timeframes and we'll provide you with an accurate wait time.

6. Can you customise items that aren't on your store?

Absolutely, we provide design support and metal fabrication with trusted suppliers around Australia. We can create almost anything that you need, contact us for a complimentary design consultation.

7. Can I pick my order up in store?

We have suppliers across Australia, and depending on the product, you may be able to pick up directly from us. Contact us to discuss.
